Professional Resume

Photography: As a kid my grand-parents were generous enough to take my sister and I on their travels during our summer vacations. So far I am fortunate enough to have visited 47 states in our beautiful country. All the time I had my camera and I learned a lot about photography from the real-life world around us. That was over 30 years ago and this fascination has never left, the photography or the traveling.

Traveling: After photography, I guess I should say something about my travel obsession. I am up for anything other than sitting in one place for too long. Planes, cars, hotels, new places and faces, I love it all. One of my stress relievers is to put the top down on the car and drive to a place I haven’t been before.

Born in Altus, Oklahoma, to a military family I proceeded to live a reasonably normal and happy childhood ( no psychiatrist bills here ) climbing trees, playing baseball, and harassing my sister in a small town environment.

Educated in public school, I attended Oklahoma State University for a Bachelor of Arts degree and before completion I logically got married, jumped out of school, moved to Colorado and jumped into the graphic design field where I trained and worked at a variety of jobs from designer to business analyst to Art and Marketing Director.

My next career leap was as a lead creative architect at a .com startup in Denver CO. Due to the company closing its doors I started consulting and went back to my roots as a graphic/web designer. Throughout this time I have been an entrepreneur, Director of Marketing, business analyst and web designer.

Married too young, I have three children ( all beautiful, bright, and talented of course ). I live with my wife and best friend, Carrie, in Oklahoma City, OK.
